HD Cameras Surveilance System

Gem Tech Park Provides HD Cameras that are capable of capturing high definition video surveillance footage up to 1080p resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels). HD Cameras uses the SMPTE HD-SDI protocol and can transmit 720p or 1080p video over at least 100 m of RG59 cable. One of the main advantages of HD Cameras is that it does not require significant modification for existing CCTV systems designed for analog cameras originally using composite NTSC or PAL video, for which extensive cabling and labor was invested for installation of the original analog system.

Advantage of HD Cameras

The main advantage of HD CCTV is that We provide higher resolution images, there are more pixels available. Our 1080P HD equipment has over 2 million pixels per frame as opposed to 400,000 pixels found in a standard definition image.

In practical terms our HD 1080P systems have about twice the range and can film nearly three times the width compared to standard definition CCTV whilst maintaining the same pixel density.
